and there is no reprinting of lost or stolen tickets.

A ticketing kiosk is located adjacent to the Breakaway Honda Ticket Office at the BI-LO Center and offers users the ability to pick up will-call tickets and buy tickets in advance outside of normal ticket office hours on a convenient touch-screen with an instant ticket printer. There is a small parking area in front of the Ticket Office for easy access just off E North St after crossing N Academy St.

Starting April 1, the BI-LO Center no longer uses the lottery system for ticket on-sales. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Camping out is not permitted at the BI-LO Center.

The BI-LO Center is equipped with accessible seating areas located in the four corners of the arena at sections 100A, 116B, 105B, and 111A.  There are also individual seats in the upper level sections accessible by elevators.
