We have begun using paperless ticketing for select events as a means of protecting you, our ticket buying public, from paying inflated ticket prices on unauthorized secondary ticket websites to attend our events.
           
     I plan to use paperless ticketing on as many shows as possible.    The number of tickets for purchase by the paperless method will be determined on a show by show basis, but the basic concept is that the best seats will become paperless. 

      Generally speaking, scalpers only want to get their hands on the best seats for a particular event.  These seats have the greatest demand and highest profits for the scalpers.   While no system is perfect, I do believe that the paperless option is currently the best means of keeping tickets from ending up in scalpers hands.

     When you purchase tickets for a given event you will be able to see prior to the purchase if that event or the tickets you are purchasing for that event will be delivered to you via the paperless method.  Not all events will be paperless and not all tickets to events will be paperless.  If you DID NOT purchase paperless tickets, your tickets will be delivered via the normal Ticketmaster methods.

     If you purchase paperless tickets, when you arrive at our arena you will present your government issued picture ID along with the credit card used to purchase the tickets and go through the same doors as all other patrons.  The special ticket scanners used by our ticket takers scan both traditional tickets and the new paperless tickets.

      Since you are now on the Bilocenter.com website, you can see by our ticket link that Ticketmaster.com is the only authorized website to purchase tickets to our events.
Please make sure that you, your friends and relatives are aware to ONLY use Ticketmaster.com to purchase tickets online.
